Plots for SA

- Cultists:

Funded by Akatsuki. The cultists kidnap ninja from Kumogakure and Konohagakure and bring them to an unknown location. The ninjas faces and the cultists faces are then switched, so the cultists look like the ninja, and the ninja like the cultists.

The cultists then take the ninja, bound and unable to utilize any chakra to experimentation facilities in Fire Country and Lightning Country.

When Konoha Nin find the facility, they will see Kumo nin torturing civilians, and vice versa.
